ICF International announced today the appointment of Andy Carlisle as VP of the London Office of SH&E. Carlisle will be responsible for expanding the integrated airport advisory services provided by SH&E.
Carlisle brings close to twenty years of international experience in the transport sector. Deborah Meehan, SH&E SVP, said “We are pleased to have an expert in airport strategy and business planning join us at a senior level in London.
