SAIC Awarded Contract from GSA

The General Services Administration has awarded SAIC a contract to provide Geospatial Information System services and products for government agencies at the local, state and federal level. The purchase agreement, not to exceed five years, is worth a potential $20 million.

The purchase agreement was awarded under the SmartBUY Program, a federal procurement program meant to promote software management. Tony Moraco, SVP and business unit general manager at SAIC, said “SAIC continues to develop and deliver mission-oriented geospatial system solutions throughout the federal, state and local government. Under this BPA, we look forward to expanding our GIS software product offerings government-wide through an enterprise licensing model that enables access to geospatial data, technology, and products for agency-wide acquisitions.”
