Job Description
Leads a team of five Capture Managers for a business group within MPRI, focused on business areas of strategic communication, logistics & acquisition, training & education, staff augmentation, modeling & simulations, intelligence operations and human resources & recruiting. This position is responsible for leading and directing the team, and allocating resources for planning and leading business capture efforts that result in the award of new business from a variety of Federal, State and Commercial clients. This position also serves as a Capture Manager, leading functionally diverse teams charged with developing business capture plans that include win strategies and themes, customer contact plans, price-to-win estimates, competitive analysis assessments, and teaming strategies. As Capture Manager, this person plays a key role in proposal development by ensuring customer and opportunity-specific information, and win strategies and themes are integrated into the proposal. In addition the Director, Capture Management prepares and conducts appropriate business pipeline gate reviews.
