The Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment has awarded SAIC with a contract to support environmental restoration, remediation, and construction programs. The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has an eight-year period of performance, and a maximum value of $3 billion for all awardees.
“SAIC has served AFCEE since 1995, providing environmental architecture and engineering services, ” said Jim Moos, SAIC vice president and operations manager. “We look forward to continuing this long-term working relationship with the Air Force, while helping improve environmental quality at military installations across the globe.”
Under the contract, SAIC will compete for task orders to administer a range of construction and engineering services, including conceptual design, construction, demolition, repair, operation and maintenance, to support environmental restoration/remediation efforts.
