Contract Award – SAIC – $25 Million – GSA

The General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded SAIC a task order to provide IT services to the Navy Region Southeast. The task order, worth $25 million if all options are used, is for one base year with two one-year options.

Under the contract, SAIC will provide a broad range of IT services to Navy installations, including information assurance support, cyber asset reduction and application portfolio management. SAIC will also provide support to the 911 Call Center and the Emergency Response Management System.

The work will be performed primarily in the southeastern US and in some installations in the Caribbean. Doug Wagoner, senior VP and business unit general manager, said “We look forward to continuing our support of the Navy’s efforts to enable warfighter readiness by helping NRSE rapidly respond to IT challenges, deploy new technologies, and enhance intranet capabilities.”
