Qwest has been chosen by the Paisley National Directory Assistance Performance Index for leading the industry in directory assistance calls. This is the 11th consecutive time that Qwest has been chosen for the honor.
The Paisley Index comes from customer satisfaction surveys for directory assistance. Qwest ranked number 1 in all three categories. The categories include: long distance, local telecom carrier and directory assistance speech recognition. Qwest was also chosen as having the perfectly handled call, known as the lagniappe category. Clark Conniff, Director of Operator and Information Services, said “It’s an absolute honor for Qwest directory assistance to once again lead our industry segments in the Paisley Index.
