News- Juniper Networks Partners IBM

Juniper Networks announced Thursday that they have reached a new agreement with IBM. IBM now provides Juniper Networks’ Ethernet networking products to its customers.

The agreement also extends the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement that IBM will include SRX Series Service Gateways manufactured by Juniper. Juniper Executive VP and general manager, Mark Bauhaus, said “The continued expansion of the IBM and Juniper OEM demonstrates our joint commitment to propelling a dynamic infrastructure network that is open, scalable, simple and secure to address the exploding scale of Internet services for personal and business productivity.” The renewed OEM will enable both companies to continue to provide effective services to customers.
