News- CSC To Explore Cloud Computing

CSC announced that it will look into the choices and risks of cloud computing for companies. CSC will open a Cloud Adoption Assessment Service to help organizations and companies looking to cloud computing make informed decisions.

The new service will allow companies to identify and evaluate the best business process and IT service for the move into cloud computing. The service examines a company’s current technology setup and rates it against the process of moving into the cloud. After the three week assessment by the Cloud Adoption Assessment Service team, the company will receive a blue print map for moving into the cloud. This will include the best paths to take, the sections of the business that should and shouldn’t go into the cloud, what services provide the necessary support and security and the impact of going to the cloud.
