Contract Award – Apptis – $28.4 million – Defense Acquisition University


Earlier this week, Apptis, Inc. announced that it has been awarded the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) contract, to provide network engineering and information assurance services as well as overall support of its network, helpdesk, desktop, and video teleconference services. The contract is valued at over $28.4 million.

DAU is a corporate university for the Defense Acquisition Workforce, providing acquisition professionals formal courses, continuous learning modules, knowledge sharing assets, and consulting. DAU strives to provide practitioner training, career management, and services to enable the Acquisition Technology and Logistics (AT&L) community to achieve the right acquisition outcomes and deliver timely capabilities to the warfighter.

Apptis will support this mission by offering program management, engineering services, integration of enterprise infrastructure, telecommunications engineering, IT system engineering and implementation, operation and maintenance, training support, and integrated logistics support (ILS) among other services.
