Forrester Research, Inc. has named Capgemini a leader in SAP implementation providers in its independent report, the company announced today.“The Forrester Waveâ„¢ SAP Implementation Providers, Q3 2009, ” which is primarily focused on implementation but also includes some metrics around ongoing support and hosting related to SAP, assessed 18 SAP services providers across 60 criteria. In this evaluation, Capgemini was cited as a “leader” among global SAP Implementation Providers.
The report says “Capgemini offers a solid mix of technical expertise, strategy consulting, and ongoing maintenance, support, and hosting. The provider does a significant percentage of its work in EMEA, but also has strong presence across North America and Asia Pacific. Capgemini invests heavily in innovation around technical development such as cross-industry initiatives around SOA and its industry-specific “Ready-to-Run” prebuilt solutions.”
