Nolasco DaCunha, VP of Northrop Grumman Sperry Marine, confirmed that all of the radars “fully meet the Russian register’s specification for operation” under severe cold weather as well as high-latitude navigation.  DaCunha also mentioned the growing significance of the Polar Regions in the marine transportation business.
