Carlos S. Echalar, the former senior vice president of Global Human Resource Operations for SAIC, has accepted the position of Executive VP of Human Resources at ManTech International Corporation.At SAIC, Echalar led the company’s human resources programs and operations, overseeing vast transformational programs that contributed to the success of an over $10 billion corporation with more than 45, 000 employees. A 20-year veteran of the field, Echalar has also worked at reputable companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Litton, and TRW Corporation.
