The Environmental Protection Agency has awarded Lockheed Martin a Blanket Purchase Agreement, to be among the firms to provide support for the IT Solutions-EPA II agreement. Under the contract, which is for seven years and has a combined ceiling value of $955 million, Lockheed will perform IT maintenance and service with the goal of secure information exchange, data analysis and scientific investigation of geographic areas to assist the government and environmental groups in decision making.
