ICF awarded $13.4 million contract to help communities

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded ICF International a $13.4 million contract, the Fairfax, VA-based company announced on Monday.

Per the terms of the contract, ICF is to assist in dealing with foreclosed properties as part of the department’s stabilization program for neighborhoods. In addition, ICF will train and aid local communities in efforts to buy, rehabilitate and resell foreclosed properties.
