American Systems appoints Frye as head of HC&MS offerings


On Friday, American Systems’ Jason Frye was named the new vice president and executive director of the company’s Human Capital and Managed Services (HC&MS) offerings.

Frye, who has been with American Systems since 2007, will now head the company’s effort to provide a wide range of critical staffing and managed services solutions for its customers in addition to expanding HC&MS core lines of business and generally increasing its opportunities.

“Jason’s advancement is a testament to his strong record of accomplishment at American Systems, ” President and CEO William Hoover said.

Prior to his career at American Systems, Frye served as the VP of defense and intelligence for Mediaware International, and also headed up the Military Operational Support Division at L-3 Communications Government Services, Inc. Before entering the private sector, he served 23 years in the U.S. Army.
