Perot Systems Wins Community Health Plan of Washington Contract


Perot Systems Corporation (NYSE: PER) (www.perotsystems.com) has announced that the company will provide technology and business process services to improve the Seattle-based Community Health Plan of Washinton’s back-office functions. Perot Systems will manage claims processing, claims adjustments, enrollment, premium billing, and configuration. Under the five-year contract, Perot Systems will employ its proven technology and methodologies to help CHP Washington minimize claims processing time and reduce administrative costs.

Chuck Lyles, president of Perot Systems’ healthcare group, stated “In addition to the enhanced levels of flexibility and operational efficiencies that CHP Washington can achieve, Perot Systems will develop improvements for their business processes which will lower administrative costs.”
