Perot Systems Wins 5-Year Extension to Old Mutual U.S. Life Contract

Perot Systems Corporation has won a five-year extension to its ongoing administrative services agreement with Old Mutual U.S. Life. The agreement extends the current seven-year relationship between the companies until 2014. Under terms of the agreement, Perot Systems will continue to provide ongoing insurance policy administration and IT solutions.

An Antenna Research Associates subsidiary has been awarded a potential five-year, $33M contract from the U.S. Space Force to support a one-way wideband service for military communications. AQYR Technologies, which ARA acquired in July, will supply products and services to the Global Broadcast Service under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the company said.
