Paul Mamalian of Apptis Named Finalist for Washington Business Journal’s Top General Counsel

The Washington Business Journal has named Paul Mamalian, Senior VP General Counsel and Secretary, a finalist for the Top Washington Lawyer list in the General Counsel category.  Mamalian is an active participant in Apptis’ ongoing efforts to maximize shareholder value as General Counsel.
