Integral Systems has announced the appointment of Major General (Ret.) H. Marshal Ward, USAF as COO, effective August 31, 2009. Ward brings over 40 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry to his new position as COO. He has previously served as VP and General Manager for the Space Systems and Electronics business unit of BAE Systems. In that capacity, he was responsible for the business sector’s inception and its rapid growth to $270M in revenue in 2008.
