Digital Management Inc. Announces Acquisition of Fontanus


Digital Management Inc. announced today that it has acquired Washington D.C.-based software development firm Fontanus Inc.

Digital Management is a leading IT solutions and business strategy consulting firm that provides solutions for Federal Agencies. It plans to incorporate Fontanus into its organization, management, and software development practices. Fontanus’ TorqueTM, or Time Quality Engineering, Software Process for delivering high-quality mission-critical software applications efficiently.
