Booz Allen Hamilton of Herndon,  Virginia signed a $19.3 million contract with the U.S. Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Division. Booz Allen will provide the US Navy with  assessments and evaluations at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
