CMA Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in SENTECH, Inc. through its subsidiary CMA Government Solutions, Inc. SENTECH will retain its status as an independent energy and environmental consulting firm as well as its management structure and direction, providing services of the utmost quality to federal, state, and private sector clients.
Rajat Sen will continue as CEO of SENTECH, while Jonathan Hurwitch will take on additional day-to-day responsibilities as President and Chief Operating Officer. Both Mr. Sen and Mr. Hurwitch will continue to ensure that their clients receive the dedicated service they have come to expect from SENTECH.
John Chapel, Principal at CMA Solutions, is highly regarded in the government contracting arena and is a veteran of the federal services industry.
He and his partners will impart a wealth of critical experience and resources to SENTECH as the firm continues its rapid growth as an energy and environmental consulting firm in the federal arena.
