Elbit Systems (Nasdaq: ESLT) has wrapped up its purchase of Nice Systems’ cyber and intelligence division for an undisclosed amount. Cyberbit Ltd, an Elbit Systems subsidiary, bought the business, Elbit said Wednesday. Elbit formed Cyberbit to integrate the parent company’s cyber intelligence and security activities.
