India Looks to Acquire General Atomics-Built Predator B Guardian Drone, Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System


General AtomicsTYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 16, 2016 — The Indian navy has expressed an intent to acquire the General Atomics-built Predator B Guardian surveillance drone and electromagnetic aircraft launch system, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The Indian Express reported Aug. 1 that India has sent letters of request to the Defense Department to procure 22 Guardian drones and three EMALS catapults under the foreign military sales program.
