Boeing Unveils Australia’s First P-8A Maritime Surveillance Aircraft


Boeing P-8A PoseidonTYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 6, 2016 — Boeing (NYSE: BA) has rolled out the first of eight P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft for the Australian Royal Air Force during a ceremony at the company’s delivery hub in Washington state, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The inaugural aircraft is slated for delivery to an RAAF base in Australia in November, Boeing said Friday.
