TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 20, 2016 — Maximus (NYSE: MMS), Employ Milwaukee and local hospitality and restaurant employers have partnered to build a workforce development platform for the Labor Department that seeks to support job seekers and employers at the department’s American Job Centers or One-Stop Centers, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

Under DOL’s Customer Centered Design project challenge, Maximus’ WIO A-Team created a visual career pathway prototype designed to present an employee’s career history,  skills and potential opportunities in video format,  Maximus said Monday.

“Maximus is honored to have had the opportunity to participate in this ground-breaking challenge, and we are equally excited to have been selected as a winner, ” said Maximus CEO Richard Montoni.

He added that the Follow My Path prototype was developed through the diverse expertise of the team members.
