Fluor-Led Team to Continue Operations Support for DOE Savannah River Site


FluorTYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 10,  2016 — The Energy Department has awarded a team comprised of Fluor (NYSE: FLR), Honeywell (NYSE: HON) and SN3 Stoller Newport News Nuclear a 22-month contract extension to continue operations support for the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

Fluor said Monday DOE exercised an option under a 2008 contract to extend the operation and maintenance services provided by the Savannah River Nuclear Solutions team.
