Leidos Eyes Hiring of 3K Military Vets, Spouses; Sarah Allen Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 11, 2016 — Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has pledged to hire 3, 000 military veterans and spouses through 2021 in support of the White House’s Joining Forces initiative, GovCon Executive reported Friday.

The company said Thursday it has several programs that work to support employees who are veterans, such as the Military Alliance Group,  while its Operation MVP program seeks to hire former service members into the workforce.
