Harris to Provide Morocco Ground, Airborne Radios Under $405M Foreign Sales Deal

HARRISHarris (NYSE: HRS) has landed a $405 million foreign military sales contract from the U.S. Army to produce and deliver single-channel ground and airborne radio systems to Morocco.

The company will provide the combat net radios along with ancillary items, spare parts, installation kits, training and fielding support services under the firm-fixed-price contract that runs through April 21, 2021, the Defense Department said Friday.

DoD added the Army Contracting Command will determine both funding and performance location with each order.

Harris was awarded $20 million in task orders under the FMS program in April to supply vehicle-based SINCGARS to the Army Communications-Electronics Command’s service branch partners in the Middle East and North Africa.
