Globecomm Lands Contracts, GSA Schedule 70 Extension for Satcom Offerings


GlobecommTYSONS CORNER, VA, May 9, 2016 — Globecomm Systems will supply its Summit and Explorer satellite communications terminals to government agencies under awards worth $7 million combined,  ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company said Thursday it will also continue to offer its satcom product and service portfolio via its spot on the General Services Administration Schedule 70 vehicle, which the agency extended for another five years.
