TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 13, 2016 — CACI International (NYSE: CACI) will provide logistics and operations support for the counter-narcotics and counter-threat programs of U.S. Central Command under a contract the U.S. Air Force awarded in April, GovCon Executive reported Tuesday.

The company said Tuesday its spot under the potential $975 million multi-award contract adds to its logistics and material readiness portfolio.

“Our continued work in this area is critical to helping defeat terrorist organizations and other national security threats funded by illicit drug trafficking, ” said Ken Asbury, president and CEO of CACI and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2016.
