Steve Rubley, CEO of Thomson Reuters subsidiary Thomson Reuters Special Services, has been inducted into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 list of the most influential leaders in GovCon for his contributions in court processes technology.
The Wash100 is the premier group of private and public sector leaders selected by Executive Mosaic’s organizational and editorial leadership as the most influential voices in the GovCon sector and recognized for their push to drive vision, innovation and achievement on behalf of American citizens.
Rubley also works as managing director of the government segment within the Reuters parent company’s legal division.
Under Rubley’s leadership, Thomson Reuters Special Services sought to utilize technology to enhance processes and operations in the U.S. legal system.
The subsidiary’s court management solutions arm installed an e-filing system at the Supreme Court, district courts and circuit courts of Wyoming and launched the C-Track case management tool at the Superior Court of California in San Francisco.

As the subsidiary’s CEO,  Rubley also oversees a business that offers analytical support for the government’s national security programs.
