CenturyLink Gets 3-Year Extension on GSA Networx Contracts; Tim Meehan Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 3, 2016 — CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) will continue to provide managed cloud hosting services to government agencies as part of a three-year extension to its Networx contracts with the General Services Administration, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The company said Monday GSA extended its Networx Universal contract through March 2020 and the Networx Enterprise contract through May 2020.

Tim Meehan, senior vice president and general manager for CenturyLink’s federal business, said the company will work to support the transition from Networx to the Enterprise Infrastructure Services vehicle.
