BAE Systems to Work on EW Tech for Navy Tracking of RF Emitters


Bae systems logo_ExecutiveBizTYSONS CORNER, VA, March 2, 2016 — BAE Systems will develop an electronic warfare tool that works to pinpoint radio-frequency sources under an $11 million contract with the Office of Naval Research, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The company said Monday the Full-Spectrum Staring Receiver will utilize ultra wideband sensors to facilitate situational awareness and support threat warning and countermeasures for U.S. Navy vessels and aircraft.
