Harris Offers Digital Navigation Tech for Air Force’s GPS III Program


GPS IIITYSONS CORNER, VA, February 2, 2016 — Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) has unveiled a new digital satellite navigation technology that the company plans to include in its bid for the U.S. Air Force‘s future Global Positioning System III, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

The company said Monday the GPS offering features Exelis‘ digital navigation signal technology and a Harris reconfigurable payload that is at Technology Readiness Level 9.
