TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 17, 2016 — Iridium Communications (Nasdaq: IRDM) will provide the Iridium Extreme 9575 satellite handset for U.S. and foreign government use, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

Iridium said Tuesday General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) has selected the company in an effort to provide government agencies and service members  a secure environment for communication.
