Gail Rissler, formerly a senior vice president of Suntiva, has been named the first chief operating officer of the company.
She will lead Suntiva’s health, defense, federal civilian and intelligence community business units and oversee the company’s business expansion, strategy execution and business development, Suntiva said Friday.
“[Rissler] brings the approach and skills we need to aggressively pursue Suntiva’s business strategy, ” said Hany Malik, Suntiva president and CEO.
The three-decade government information technology veteran previously served as a consultant to Suntiva prior to her SVP role.
Before joining Suntiva, Rissler was the executive VP and chief strategy officer for McDonald Bradley Inc., which ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT) recently purchased.
Rissler also owns Rissler Consulting.
