TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 16, 2016 — CAE (NYSE: CAE) will update and integrate the U.S. Air Force‘s KC-135 aircrew training platforms to the service branch’s Distributed Training Center Network, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company said Thursday the contract covers updates to the Boeing-built (NYSE: BA) tanker aircraft’s boom operator weapon systems trainers and operational flight trainers.

“The ability to add the KC-135 aircrew training devices to virtual training exercises will contribute to a well-prepared and mission ready force, ” said Ray Duquette, CAE USA president and general manager.
