Aircrew Training for Boeing-Built Helicopter on CAE System Produces 1st Graduates


ChinookTYSONS CORNER, VA, February 10, 2016 — A first batch of Canadian air force personnel has graduated from the CAE-developed (NYSE: CAE) training system for operating the Boeing-built (NYSE: BA) CH-147F Chinook helicopter, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

CAE said Monday six first officers, two flight engineers and two loadmasters from the Canadian air force accomplished the 24-week course, which included computer-based classroom and academic training, flight simulator and training device instruction and live flying exercises.
