DigitalGlobe to Use Raytheon’s Automated Mission Planning Tech for WorldView-4


SatelliteTYSONS CORNER, VA, December 11, 2015 — Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) will provide its Constellation Scheduling System to DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI) to support mission planning for the 2016 launch of the WorldView-4 satellite, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

CSS will work to perform automated planning and scheduling tasks for WorldView-4’s ground station to help DigitalGlobe boost satellite utilization and focus resources on imagery orders, Raytheon said Thursday.
