TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 17, 2015 — Dan Helfrich, incoming head of Deloitte‘s federal practice, has said workforce transformation and other human capital initiatives will be key areas of interest in government.

He told ExecutiveBiz in an interview published Wednesday that he believes the public sector will also put more effort on performance management and leadership development in 2016.
