Army Opens Solicitation for $499M Small Business Program, Systems Support IDIQ


software-engineeringThe U.S. Army Contracting Command has issued a notice of solicitation for a potential five-year, $499 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that covers information technology, business analytics and financial management services from small businesses.

The command said in a FedBizOpps notice published Friday the Program and Systems Support – Small Business contract vehicle intends to provide support for the Defense Department and its affiliated partners, NASA and the U.S. Coast Guard.

The firm-fixed-price, multiple-award contract contains a base term of one year and four option years and also includes project and program management, lifecycle logistics, physical security operations, training and education, technical writing and facilitation services.

The service branch will select approximately 10 contractors to compete for task orders under the PASS-SB small business set-aside program, which also covers foreign military sales agreements.

Questions and comments on the contract solicitation are due Dec. 21, the Army said.
