ULA, a joint venture of Boeing (NYSE: BA) and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT),  said Wednesday Tshudy will succeed the retiring Kevin MacCary.
âTom brings nearly 30 years of commercial aerospace and defense experience to the ULA team, â said Tory Bruno, ULA president and CEO.
Tshudy is a former VP and general counsel from Lockheed and also served as a counsel at the former McDonnell Douglasâ Delta and Space Station programs.
He was an assistant staff judge advocate for the U.S. Air Force and an Air Force reservist before he joined the private sector.
