OMB Vet David Haun Joins Grant Thornton’s Global Public Sector Practice


Grant-Thornton-logoDavid Haun, formerly deputy associate director at the Office of Management and Budget, has joined Grant Thornton as a director in the company’s global public sector practice.

Haun was most recently responsible for OMB’s policies, programs and $150 billion in funding for various programs at the General Services Administration and the Transportation, Homeland Security and Justice departments, Grant Thornton said Monday.

The 35-year federal agency veteran previously served as chief of the justice for the GSA branch and the federal services branch, with responsibility in the law enforcement and judicial program policies and procedures.

Haun also held various leadership roles at the Environmental Protection Agency and the city of Clemson in South Carolina.
