General Atomics’ Gray Eagle Flies on Manned-Unmanned Aircraft Exercise in South Korea


General AtomicsTYSONS CORNER, VA, November 20,  2015 — A U.S. Army MQ-1C Gray Eagle drone built by General Atomics has flown in South Korea alongside an AH-64 Apache helicopter as part of a joint manned-unmanned aircraft exercise, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

The company said Wednesday the Gray Eagle transmitted data and video to the Apache to help ground forces and aircraft operators coordinate a plan of attack.
