TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 2,  2015 — Ian Graham, general counsel of the U.S. subsidiary of BAE Systems, has urged organizations to include diversity as a key element in recruitment efforts, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Bloomberg BNA reported Thursday that Graham said during the Big Law Business summit last week he works to ensure diversity in both the pool of candidates and interviewers.
