Army Tests Raytheon’s Updated Patriot IAMD System


Raytheon logoTYSONS CORNER, VA, November 23,  2015 — The U.S. Army has conducted initial flight tests on Raytheon‘s (NYSE: RTN) updated Patriot Integrated Air and Missile Defense system, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company said Thursday the tests on Patriot’s Post-Deployment Build 8 used PAC-3 and GEM-T missiles to engage ballistic missile targets.
