TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 6,  2015 — The Department of Homeland Security has chosen Vencore to carry out an information technology support services contract worth $43 million in support of the National Protection and Programs Directorate’s Federal Protective Service program.

According to Vencore, the work falls under the EAGLE II vehicle and includes one base year with options to extend up to four more years.

Mac Curtis, president and CEO of Vencore, said Thursday the company will seek to help fulfill the FPS mission using IT and software products that offer “integration, scalability and usability.”

“The Federal Protective Service program allows Vencore to expand the scope of mission-critical services it is providing to the Department of Homeland Security, ” Curtis said.
