TYSONS CORNER, VA August 31, 2015 — SAP National Security Services has shifted the focus of a three-month training program for U.S. military veterans to include analytics in response to a growing demand for a workforce that knows how to search for and analyze information from data repositories, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

Mark Testoni, president of SAP NS2, said Thursday the move follows feedback from employers on the program, which has churned out 56 graduates since the company began offering it last year.

The set of courses leverages “those good skill sets that they get in the military and [adds] an important technical skill on top that would allow more employability, ” said Testoni, an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2015.
