FEMA Chooses AT&T for Claims Center Comms System Updates


headset communications call centerTYSONS CORNER, VA August 28, 2015 — The Federal Emergency Management Agency has awarded AT&T (NYSE: T) a contract to provide contact center support as part of the agency’s communications modernization initiative, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

AT&T said it will subcontract Interactive Intelligence for the new work, which includes providing scalable and interactive voice response assistance to disaster claims processing.
